Below you will find three of my favorite ways to enjoy a cup of yogurt that is both affordable and delectable making it easy for you to incorporate into your weekly meal plan.

Pina Colada

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt

  • 1 cup of fresh or canned pineapple

  • Chia or pumpkin seeds

  • Coconut flakes

  • Drizzle of honey

Honey Papaya

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt

  • Half a cup of papaya

  • Cacao nibs or

  • Drizzle of honey

Apple Cinnamon

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt

  • 1 Apple chopped

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 1-2 Tablespoons of pecans or walnuts

  • Drizzle of Monk fruit syrup (optional)

Please note my diet consists of no grains so you are welcome to add granola based on your dietary preference. You can easily modify these recipes to make overnight oats. Simply add a tablespoon of chia seeds and a quarter cup of oatmeal.
